Cancellation Policy

All consultations require at least 2 business days notice to reschedule/cancel. No exceptions. The cancellation/refund policy when more than two business days notice is given is as follows: 1. Standard 60 min and 30 min consultations can be cancelled and refunded (less the Stripe fee). 2. Client review sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled due to the significant amount of prep work that goes into test analysis and overall plan creation. Rescheduling is fine with appropriate notice. 3. Initial consultations can be cancelled with a partial refund (to cover associated administrative work and Stripe fees). Rescheduling is fine with appropriate notice. 4. Professional Mentoring sessions can be cancelled and refunded (less the Stripe fees) as long as no prep work has been done. If prep work has been done then only a partial refund is possible (to cover the associated work done).
