New Client Case Review
Service Description
Once test results are ready, the client case review is prepared in detail. An analysis and assessment is provided, as well as an explanation/interpretation of any test results and numerous recommendations for a personalised health plan. This consult typically occurs 2-6 weeks after the Initial Consult (depending on test results), and can be part of a program or a standalone session.
Cancellation Policy
All calls and consultations require at least 2 business days notice to reschedule/cancel. No exceptions. Re-booking a discovery call is not possible if you do not adhere to this notice period. The cancellation policy when more than two business days notice is given is as follows: 1. Initial consultations can be cancelled with a partial refund (to cover associated administrative work and Stripe fees). Rescheduling is allowed with appropriate notice. 2. Standard 60 min and 30 min consultations can be cancelled and refunded (less the Stripe fee). 3. Client review sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled due to the significant amount of prep work that goes into test analysis and overall plan creation. Rescheduling is allowed with appropriate notice. 4. Professional Mentoring sessions can be cancelled and refunded (less the Stripe fees) as long as no prep work has been done. If prep work has been done then only a partial refund is possible (to cover the associated work done).
